Returns Policy

At Helfare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@helfare.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
